E.R.

*Think of the theme music from the tv show E.R.as you read this post. *
it will just add to the story.

I burst through the door of the Emergency Room in Springerville with my bloody two year old in my arms... and I was very disappointed to not be met by George Clooney, Noah Wyle or John Stamos.

Instead I was seated in the waiting room and given an ice pack.

Friday night we decided to stay home from the football game, so we kept MK and Lowee so Katie could go with my mom and dad. We went to a birthday party had dinner and were making cookies when Camo fell head first into the fire place. Right when she did it I know it was bad! When I picked her up she was already covered in blood. Since everyone in this town goes to the football game no one was home to come watch the girls. So we just threw all the girls in the truck and headed to the hospital.

MK kept saying "Lowee is not buckled up!" ( I don't even think Layne was).

Thankfully Linde was home and came and got all the girls.

Cam had to be sedated because there was no way she would hold still. Everyone there was so nice. Cam got 7 stitches and she did so good, I was very impressed. (The drugs didn't hurt though).

She was a crack up once they got the drugs into her. She was talking REALLY loud and saying the funniest things! Everyone was laughing at her.

In the waiting room. She eventually cried herself to sleep.

You can see in her eyes she was scared, but she couldn't really react because of the drugs. That was really hard to watch. She just kept saying, "can you get me out of here?"

Waiting and waiting! It was a busy night at the ER.

All stitched up! She was pretty loopy for a while. It was great entertainment. (I know that makes me sound like a bad mom!)

She got through it just fine and it hasn't slowed her down a bit.

Uncle Reese will be taking out the stitches any day.

Stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!

Yay! I got more pictures to upload!
First I need to do the pictures of Layne at 5 months. She is just days away from 6 months, but I want it for my blog book. She is trying hard to sit up. She mostly just falls over, but she wants to be up and part of the action.
She is still the best natured baby. She has a great smile and thinks everything is funny. What would I do with out that little face?

When we picked up Dan we got to bring the girls to the Mesa temple. Cam has been asking to go for a while.

I have so many pictures to blog, but I am having a hard time getting them on to the computer. There has been a lot going on with our little family. Since all my pictures didn't upload her are a few.

Cam Loves Grandpa Sherwood's corn. We have been eating a lot of it.

Making a fort out of the dryer box.

Mowing with uncle Chantz.
Yes I know I have another daughter. I have been trying to put her picture and her five month update on her but the computer doesn't want to co-operate with me. So deal!

Last night we played outside with Papa. The evenings here are so nice. It's so fun to be a kid in Eagar.

Pictures from Hawaii

Hawaii. Just think of it. A breeze, the sand, the water hitting your feet and maybe a drink in your hand.
Not for Daniel!
The stinkin' kid did this while he was there.

Seriously who does this?

He thought it was awesome of course. I guess the saying is true, "you can take the kid out of the country but you can't take the country out of the kid"

He had to haul the thing on his back for 2 miles!

Just a few reasons we love RV:

Grandpa Sherwood is here
and he dances with the babies.

We learn to yell at the refs early!
(thanks Uncle Sherrod)
Camo gets to play with all of Grandma's jewelery.

Nicoll Reunion '09

Over Labor Day weekend we had our annual Nicoll family reunion. Daniel wasn't there and we all missed him (we had fun without him). With two little kids to take care of I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted but here are a few. Uncle Nate made this cool swing out of a gunny sack.

I am thankful for the uncles because they helped keep the girls entertained.
Nate put Layne to sleep and Timmy drove Cam on the 4 wheeler.

Uncle Luke told the kids about a "candy tree" that grows in the mountains of Arizona. They went for a walk and found one growing right near our camp site!

Eating candy from the tree.
