It's that time of year

...for family picturtes!
Colleen took our family pictures this year and I think they turned out great! It is no easy task to get Camdyn to hold still and Layne to look at the camera. But she got a few good ones, even with the subjects she was given. This is my fave

Linde helped me edit them, and I am still playing around. Let me know what you think. I am trying to make our faces not looked so washed out.
any photoshop experts?

Hey Chels-

Your photos look great and what a cute family you have. Your mother-in-law did a wonderful job. As far as photoshop goes, I've been learning a little about it the past year. For the bottom photo of you and Cam, it looks like your skin is a little overexposed and blue. I would warm it up a bit in photoshop using curves by taking some of the blue out. Then I would bring the midtones down in your face and your shirt using a levels layer ( I would mask the areas of the photo that I didn't want to change). Here is a link to a great photography resource. The Pioneer Woman

The pioneer woman also has really good recipes too.

I hope this helps.

P.S. I just found your blog from Corie and Ryan's blog. I hope all is well. It was nice to find your blog and to see what you've been up to.
