I love to look at craft & decorating blogs.
And since I live in a really old house. I mean really old, My Aunt Tonna said she can remember coming out here when she was a little girl and there wasn't indoor plumbing!

I am somewhat addicted to the blog Better After.
I look at it everyday, but it took me almost a year to finally try something in my kitchen.
I am sooooo glad I did! The only thing I did was paint, but it made such a difference!

It looks so much better! My cabinets were an ugly old brown as well and I painted them a cream, It was alot of work but so worth it. I love it, it brightens up the room and it does make it look bigger! Great job!
