Our topsoil for our backyard was delivered today.Who knew dirt could be so exciting? We have sooo much of it! Next step is sod. I am so excited!
Timmy and Brian came to help. They are lifesavers, we couldn't have done it without their help. Timmy has spent a few weekends slaving away with Daniel. Thanks Tim for all of your help!

Looks like alot of work but the promise of green is always worth it! Thank heavens for friends/family who step in and help us out. Is Cam loving the dirt?
What a handsome bunch you have hanging out in your back yard...and Cam is sure to enjoy all that dirt! Daniel looks like he used to as a little boy, a pile of dirt was always "heaven" for he and Tim- guess it still is!

I remember doing that once and it is SO much work. You will be so happy when it is done. You won't have to clean up so much dirt...but then again it is so entertaining for little kids! I can't wait to see the pictures of it when it is finished.
I do read your posts, and enjoy them. I am very pleased that you might start a project of having an "honor roll" in Edgar, you should be able to get support from the American Legion, or VFW. I have always stopped to take the time to read the local ones. I do think they are something that you only find in New England...A Great project. let me know .if you are succuesful

That is a lot of dirt. I can't wait for the grass. We have to get the fisher-price animal water park thing!
