Tomorrow night we are going to the church for our wards "husband & wife date night". I need to bring a dessert, anyone have any good ideas? I need something that doesn't require a fork, and is yummy and festive for Valentine's Day. I was thinking mini cheese cake bites, does anyone have a good recipe?

Why can't you use a fork? I think mini cheese cakes are a great idea. My first thought was eclair cake but I think it might need a fork although actually you probably could pick it up and eat it. Sounds like a fun party though. Who is tending Camdyn?
I stole a recipe for cheesecake from Linde thats super easy and super yum once, and you can just use vanilla wafers for crusts in muffin cups. Anyway Camdyn looks so cute in her little necklace! Good luck with dessert.

'Chef Jenny' on my blog has some excellent options! My favorite are the Chocolate chip cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. She has candy cane dusted on top, but you could totally put crushed candy hearts or something on top too make it Valentine themed!
